
Application deadline was January 6, 2012. (If mailed, it must be postmarked by January 6, 2012.) Application fee is $100 per player and proceeds benefit Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Fort Worth. Field is limited to 72 contestants.
Applications will not be accepted without payment (check, money order, Mastercard, Visa, American Express). All payments will be returned if the applicant is not accepted.
The following meals are included in the entry fee:
- Lunch and dinner on Sunday
- Continental breakfast and lunch on Monday and Tuesday
- Food service available for purchase to friends and family
On Sunday, March 11, 2012, registration is from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.. Additional schedule details are provided in the 2012 application packet.
