Application deadline is January 8, 2010. (If mailed, it must be postmarked by January 8, 2010.)
Application fee is $100 per player and proceeds benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Fort Worth.
Field is limited to 72 contestants.
Applications will not be accepted without payment (check, money order, Mastercard, Visa, American Express).
All payments will be returned if the applicant is not accepted.
Meals ‐ the following meals are included in entry fee:
- Lunch and dinner on Sunday
- Continental breakfast and lunch on Monday and Tuesday
- Food service available for purchase to friends and family
On
Sunday March 14, 2010, registration is from 10AM until 2PM. Additional
